Xxxtentacion murder suspect robert allen

One of the four suspects in the 2018 murder of rapper XXXTentacion is taking a plea deal.  An attorney for Robert Allen says his client pleaded guilty to lesser charges in exchange for testimony against the other three co-defendants.

XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, was 20 years old when he was gunned down outside of a motorcycle shop in Pompano Beach, Florida.  He had just withdrawn $50K from a bank and prosecutors say he was killed for the money.

Suspects Identified in Joshua Brown Murder Case; One Apprehended, Two on The Lamb

According to the CBS Dallas affiliate DFW News, Dallas Police have made an arrest in the Joshua Brown murder case that happened over the weekend.

One source says that a man suspected in Brown’s murder has been identified as as Jacquerious Mitchell has been admitted into and treated at the Parkland Hospital. In addition to him, there are two fugitives (Thaddeous Charles Green and Michael Diaz Mitchell) on the lamb, who police believe have already left the state.  The belief is that Thaddeous Green shot Brown in the back.

All of them would be charged with capital murder.

While no one is certain,  Assistant Chief Avery Moore said the murder was over a drug deal gone bad.

During a press conference, the Dallas police expressed regret that some people believed that the murder was directly connected to the case. They believe that the by pointing the nab on this suspect and working to bring in the others, that will put an end to the idea that his murder was retaliation for his testimony in the Amber Guyer case, where he talked about the brutal death of Botham Jean.

XXXTentacion Murder Suspect Hires Forensic Expert

Last year Hip-Hop lost one of its budding stars in the untimely murder of XXXTenacion. Following his death, four men were arrested and charged with murder. Now one of those suspects will hire a forensic expert to help mount his legal defense.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Dedrick Williams’ request for $15,000 to hire a forensic expert has been granted.

The motion affords Williams 100 of work on his case and as a result, the expert can testify on Williams behalf. Williams’ lawyer maintained that his client would not have a fair shot at trial without access to experts.

With this in mind, Williams has exercised full use of every expert available. Last year he hired a private investigator, an electronic evidence expert and a gang expert.

He says, “genuine issue exists related to this case, which will require the assistance of an expert witness in the field of crime scene reconstruction and other forensic evidentiary matters.”

XXXTentacion died outside of Riva Motorsports in Pompano Beach, Florida last June in an apparent robbery turned murder.

Meanwhile, X’s legacy lives on as his music still resonates with his legion of fans. Not to mention, his son was born earlier this year and fans got their look at Gekuyme Onfroy via Instagram last month.
