Pusha T: Kanye West Is NOT Wearing His MAGA Hat Anymore

Does King Push have a revelation for Hip Hop fans and political pundits alike?

Well, according to the visible half of the twin Clipse duo, G.O.O.D. Music head honcho Kanye West has taken off his ode to Donald Trump; the infamous red “Make America Great Again” hat.

“He doesn’t [wear it] anymore,”

Pusha T told The Daily Show. “He stopped. He stopped, though.” Pusha T also said that the two almost never politics when they’re in the studio together.

“Can you imagine having those conversations while he’s trying to make my album?” he said. “He basically has my life in his palm and I have to tell him that I hate something. We always have real conversations, though. Always.”

“I think that’s why me and him connect so well and I think that’s why ‘Daytona’ came out so well. It’s a give and take. If I don’t like something, I say it and he tries to correct it, and so on and so forth.”

The beef continues between Pusha’s nemesis Drake and Yeezy. Just last week, Kanye went on a Twitter rant being transparently critical of his former Canadian homie.

The plot thickens on this one as the Six God has yet to respond.

Jay-Z Addresses Controversy Over “What’s Free” Kanye Lyrics On Twitter

If you thought Hov was going for Yeezy’s neck on Meek Mill’s “What’s Free” single featuring Jay and Rick Ross, then you were erroneously mistaken.

Meek’s latest critically acclaimed project Championships boasts some top shottas on its line up, including a socio-political Jay-Z, who dropped some hidden jewels over a rendition of B.I.G.’s “What’s Beef?” for those who assumed that the Roc Nation head honcho was coming for his crony Kanye West.

In a tweet from his personal account on Friday, Mr. Carter made it clear that unification was is sole objective in his verse on What’s Free, even though most couldn’t read between the lines of one of the game’s best lyricist.

Jigga made it quite clear that he’s not going to war with none of his brothers, regardless of political affiliation, which is a message that should be internalized by the entire Hip Hop community.

Despite Apologizing For MAGA Hat, Kanye Still Supports Trump

Ye shows Trump support on Saturday Night Live.

Kanye’s support for Donald Trump has remained consistent for the past two years. Ye was first seen endorsing Trump after the election in 2016. Earlier this year, he extended the association by wearing the “Make America Great Again” hat. Ye’s endorsement of the MAGA hat left a bad taste in the mouths of a number of Kanye fans, especially African Americans. As someone who once famously quoted, “George Bush does not care about black people,” he is comfortable supporting a blatantly white supremacist.

Last month, Ye apologized for his slavery comments and the MAGA hat, on the WGCI Chicago radio show.

“I’m sorry for people who were let down by that moment,” said Ye.

Well exactly a month after the apology, he is back to sporting the MAGA hat in support of Trump. During his SNL finale last night, he went on a pro-Trump rant. The rant was not aired because it went over the scheduled time for SNL.  Instead, it was recorded by a number of attendees.

“They laughing at me,” said Yeezy. “They bully me backstage… and then they say I’m in the sunken place.”

The setting seemed uncomfortable, as many SNL cast members rolled their eyes and shook their heads in obvious disagreement as Kanye continued. Chris Rock was able to catch the rant on his Instagram Live.

““There’s so many times I talk to, like, a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well, uh, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”

Aside from his pro-Trump rant, fans are still waiting for his upcoming album, Yandhi. While on SNL Ye performed his hit single, “I love it” as well as “We Got Love” with Lil Pump and Teyana Taylor respectively.
