His third album, Me Against the World, was released in March 1995 via Interscope/Jive Records. While in jail, 2Pac signed a multi-album deal with Death Row Records in September 1995.

Strip Clubs Giving Away Free Masks, Sanitizer To Combat Coronavirus

The Naughty But Nice Show

Source: Andrew Chin / Getty

A strip club in Florida and a second in Las Vegas are doing their due diligence to help combat the spread of COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, one lap dance at a time.

According to TMZ, Florida strip club, Déjà Vu Showgirls, and Las Vegas strip club, Little Darlings, are both helping to combat the spread of the virus in the best way they know how—club promotions. It’s reported that the world-famous Little Darlings in Las Vegas just announced a massive giveaway: 50,000 bottles of free hand sanitizer, one for each paying customer while supplies last; and across the country in Tampa, Déjà Vu Showgirls is giving away free face masks to the first 10,000 paying customers.

While most major retailers are reporting that basic supplies including hand sanitizer, face masks and Lysol are hard to keep in stock, the two clubs are lending a helping hand allowing you the ease of avoiding panic in stores.

Although the promotion seems far fetched and opportunistic, according to a representative fromDéjà Vu tells local publication Creative Loafing, the club ran out of supplies within just two days of the promotion.

“It might seem silly,” said Déjà Vu Showgirls Tampa general manager Mark Figueroa in a press release, “but we take the health of our guests very seriously. Being the busiest and most popular nightclub in Tampa, we have to ensure the show will go on.”

Little Darlings told local outlet the Sacramento Bee that the organization felt it was it’s duty to help safeguard employees and patrons who are visiting one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world.

“[A]n opportunity to help with the Coronavirus scare is extremely important to us,” LeAnna DaPoint, one of the club’s managers at Little Darlings, told the outlet. “Las Vegas is a tourist mecca, and we have to do everything possible to stay virus-free. It might seem silly, but we take the health of our guests very seriously. Being the most popular adult club in Las Vegas, we have to ensure the show will go on!”

Although the Center for Disease Control warns that face masks are useless in preventing the spread of the virus, it’s nice to see organizations pitching in to help where they can.

We were the only ones in the kitchen at the time, I got down, while getting down succeed said ‘oh sh*t’ and ran toward the front door. Dave East Clears Up Threesome Gone Wrong Rumors [Video]

Dave East at arrivals for POWER Final Se...

Source: WENN/Avalon / WENN

Dave East found himself the center of an explosive story that allegedly involved a threesome that went terribly awry. The Harlem rapper has since spoken up about the rumored incident and is shooting down the claims of the reported tryst.

East chopped it up in Washington, D.C. on the grounds of Howard University for its homecoming weekend with The Morning Hustle Show with Angie Ange and Lore’l.  East shared the tale of his come up in the game and also how much fun he had playing Method Man/Shotgun in the Hulu series, Wu-Tang: An American Saga.

When the questions pivoted towards the alleged threesome incident in Las Vegas, Dave East was quick to clear up any confusion and explained that both he and the woman caught a battery charge. From East’s side of things, he invited a group of people to his hotel suite after rocking the Drai’s stages with 50 Cent when it all went left.

“Two of the chicks were like, ‘Can we go to the bathroom?’” East shared. “I was like, ‘Yeah, go ahead.’ But my jewelry was in there. I forgot when I first came in the room, I put all my jewelry next to my bed on a little dresser. So then I thought about it, got up and went in there. Shorty was trying [it] on. Not on no sneaky like trying to rob, but I’m just like, ‘What are you doing? I don’t know you. What you doing?’ And then her friend caught an attitude. ‘Ain’t nobody trying to steal nothing.’”

East said he directed the women to leave the residence when he said the woman began throwing bottles at her and that the woman called 911 on him despite his claims of not being the aggressor, leading to the battery charge. East maintains that he did nothing wrong and that the stories that popped off about a threesome were just hearsay.

Check out the 11:00-minute mark of the following video to hear Dave East break down the craziness, but the entire interview itself is pretty solid so run it back.

Biking While Black: Las Vegas Cops Killed Black Biker After Stopping Him Over Missing Reflectors

DO NOT CROSS!!!

Source: South_agency / Getty

A Black Las Vegas man was arrested last week after police initially stopped him for not having proper lighting and reflectors on his bicycle. According to reports, 50-year-old Byron Lee Williams raced off with the officers giving chase, but the man died in their custody after they subdued him.

Local outlet KTNV reports:

The incident began shortly before 6 a.m. near Bonanza Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard. Asst. Sheriff Charles Hank said that patrol officers from the Bolden Area Command came across a man who was riding a bicycle without a safety light.

When they attempted to stop him, he took off. The patrol officers began chasing him. Initially the man, who has been identified as Byron Lee Williams, was still on his bike but then he began trying to escape on foot.

The officers were eventually able to catch up with him and told the man to get on the ground. While being cuffed, Williams told the officers he couldn’t breathe. As they were taking him to the patrol car, Williams appeared to pass out.

Officers called for assistance and the Las Vegas fire department arrived several minutes later. Medical personnel began treating Williams on the scene before transporting him to Valley Hospital. Williams was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The family of Williams is demanding answers in the case, most notably wondering why officers cut off their recording equipment while also ignoring Williams’ pleas that he could not breathe. Officials in Las Vegas are examining the incident, which took place last week Thursday.

Janet Jackson Surprises Superfan Dad In Las Vegas Backstage[Video]

SWITZERLAND-LIFESTYLE-MUSIC

Source: FABRICE COFFRINI / Getty

Janet Jackson is currently on the tail end of her Las Vegas residency and a father got the surprise of his life after meeting the musical legend. While backstage, the Jackson superfan got to meet the singer and entertainer and the moment was all caught on video by his son.

WSNV reports:

Posted to KB Strawder Jr.’s Twitter account, the video shows his father explaining to a group of listeners how much it meant to see Jackson perform live.

What his dad doesn’t know is that the “Rhythm Nation” singer is right behind him.

As Strawder’s dad explains how just seeing Janet Jackson was a highlight, she wraps her arms around him, saying, “That’s really sweet. I’m glad you liked it.”

Strawder, a business entrepreneur and Air Force veteran according to his Instagram bio, along with his brother surprised their dad for Father’s Day with tickets to see Jackson.

The aforementioned video of the dad being surprised with tickets a while back apparently caught the attention of Jackson, making the entire moment even more special. Check out the videos below.

Sin City Cairo – “Cairo” EP (Album Review)

Sin City Cairo rolls the dice once again. The Las Vegas-native returns to follow up his previous album Dream Chasin with a new album, titled, Cairo. The Egyptian conceptual album returns the new artist to the crap table for a second chance at a big hit.

A seven-track collective, Cairo continues to grow as an artist on his latest effort. Tapping deeper into his abilities and discovering new rhyme schemes and flows to identify himself as an artist in today’s Hip Hop. Hailing from Sin City, you can bet the odds that Cairo will take big chances this album cycle to secure a potentially huge jackpot.

Stream Sin City Cairo’s New Album Cairo Now.

The album’s production is solid, properly hand-selected and made to explore Cairo’s creativity. Includes all of today’s trendy elements of bass and claps. Behind the boards, the producers give Sin City Cairo a path to greatness straight ahead.

Lyrically, Sin City Cairo shows us a few noteworthy parlor tricks in-between the lines. However, Sin City Cairo has a lot of bad habits vocally like lazy wordplay and draughts of empty flows too few and between. “Party on the Westside” is an album highlight while “She Ain’t For Me” is the album’s bad moment. Sin City Cairo keeps it short and sweet on the collective but he needs to play more to his strengths of story-telling like he did on Westside.

Portraying yourself as a king at any level in Hip Hop is tricky due to the fact that you will always have to convince others to follow your sound faithfully through consistency, aggression, and authority. Something an up-and-coming artist has difficulty maintaining the persona as they are in the process of searching for their own identity, leading to the motto of “the blind leading the blind”. However, Cairo’s lyrical abilities have grown fairly since his last outing but he still has a long way to go as an artist. Production could be the issue as it often finds it hard to fit with his vocal and often leaves him falling flat on the track no matter how good the bar(s) is. But the beautiful thing about Hip Hop is a project helps you grow and learn who you are as an artist.
