Stevie J Gets Arrest Warrant For Joseline Hernandez, Custody Battle Getting Ugly

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez clearly do not get along, and their child is going to suffer. A judge issued an arrest warrant for Joseline after she didn’t allow the producer and fellow reality star to visit his daughter.

TMZ detailed the struggle:

Stevie had a right to take custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella from July 28 to August 11. Joseline was in Miami shooting “Marriage Boot Camp,” so he traveled there on the 28 to pick up his daughter. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, instead of turning Bonnie Bella over, Joseline took the child and flew to L.A.

After Stevie’s attorney, Adamma McKinnon ran to court, the judge in the custody case issued an arrest warrant Thursday, ordering Joseline to turn the baby over STAT or she would be taken into custody.

We’ve learned Stevie J flew to L.A. late Friday and the stage is now set for a showdown. The judge made it clear … if Joseline doesn’t turn the child over, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. is ordered to immediately arrest her.

And, there’s more … because Joseline violated the custody agreement — which gave her physical custody and Stevie J visitation — the judge switched it around and now Stevie has sole physical custody of Bonnie Bella … until August 15 when they’re back in Fulton County court.

Fortunately for Joseline, she reportedly handed Bonnie Bella to Stevie’s adult daughter in Miami. She and the baby are now on their way back to Los Angeles.

We’re going to guess the Love & Hip-Hop cameras weren’t around.

Joseline Hernandez Sued For Late Rent, In Danger of Being Evicted

The Baddest Puta, Joseline Hernandez is in danger of being tossed out on her surgically enhanced cakes. Bossip exclusively reports that former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star and struggle rap artist is being sued by her landlord for unpaid rent.

According to court documents obtained by the celebrity gossip site, Landlord Beach Place Apartments a luxe Miami apartment complex is suing the reality star for $2,056 a month rent she has failed to pay on her two-bedroom apartment.

Per Bossip:

Beach Place Apartments said that it left a notice demanding the rent from her outside the apartment door, but she never paid up.

A property manager for Beach Place Apartments acknowledged the lawsuit but declined to comment further.

Beach Place Apartments wants Joseline to pay it $2,375 ASAP or a judgment to kick her out of the place. The property rental company also wants Joseline to pay its lawyer fees.

Hernandez had not responded to the case as of June 27, but she has about a month to answer the landlord’s complaint before the company can push for a default judgment against her.

Hernandez’s lawyer hung up on us when we reached out for comment Thursday.

This latest legal snafu is the latest in drama swirling around Hernandez. Bossip also broke the news that her ex and father of her child, Stevie J is suing her for custody of their daughter Bonnie Bella as well as child support. He also claims Joseline is preventing him from seeing the child and is accusing her of not allowing him to have any contact with her or have a say in her raising her.

Joseline Hernandez Faces Jail Time for Keeping Daughter From Stevie J

Joseline Hernandez just became intertwined in a custody battle with her baby’s daddy, Stevie J, after he alleged that she wasn’t allowing him to see their daughter.

The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star was spotted with her new bae, who clearly doesn’t have an issue with being a step father. But now Stevie wants the Puerto Rican Princess thrown in the slammer for breaking their custody agreement.

The Blast reports that Joseline is fully denying violating the agreement for their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella Jordan.

She affirms that Stevie wasn’t denied any visitations and is included in all important decisions. Hernandez filed a motion to have the Good Guy’s request denied and the entire case thrown out.

Stevie claimed that she “prohibited regular visitation and parenting time” in the five times Stevie traveled to Florida to see his daughter. The producer also says Joseline Hernandez excluded him from important decisions regarding healthcare, education and religious upbringing.

Hazel E Drops Struggle City Girls Diss Record, Twitter Drags Her

Every once in a while we get beef that no one asked for at all. Case in point we have Love & Hip Hop reject Hazel-E vs. the City Girls. The struggle rapper for whatever reason dropped a diss record getting at the Miami based rap group and was co-signed by LHHATL alum Joseline. For their efforts, they are both being dragged on Twitter.

Act up you can get dragged up. Hazel E and Joseline are both learning that first hand. The former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood cast member decided to pop out of her cave of obscurity to drop a diss record where she claims the City Gurls “stole her style.” So basically she’s mad at Lil Yachty?

Now you would think this would just go away, but Joseline had to give it even more legs by co-signing the awful song. One half of the City Girls’ Yung Miami caught wind of and defended the group’s honor by offering to issue both Hazel E and the Puerto Rican princess telling them to meet her in Florida so she can administer it.

Now we are not sure how Hazel E can handle herself if in a physical altercation but we know for sure Joesline wants all the smoke. Anyway, Yung Miami may not have to do anything because Twitter is doing all the work for her and clowning BOTH OF THEM. You can see all of the reactions in the gallery below.

Tory Lanez and Joseline have been quite acquainted as of late.

The Love & Hip-Hop reality star has posted two pictures with the Grammy-nominated artist over the past week. One picture is quite provocative. It’s a post of Tory caressing Joseline’s breast. The caption states, “Lil Pool Thang.” Her next photo includes a more sentimental caption, where she insinuates that she will miss the “Luv” artist as he goes on tour. “Have an amazing tour Lion King! 21 days.”

Joseline’s famous relationship with her Love & Hip-Hop co-star, Stevie J, ended their relationship in December 2016, days before their daughter, Bonnie Bella was born. According to Hernandez, she no longer speaks to the Bad Boy producer. She claims he also denied being the father to their baby girl. “Everyone knows that my baby daddy denied my daughter,” she said. “A person that denies a 99.9% bloodline, how dare you to believe them.”

Despite all the drama with her baby daddy, Joseline is attempting to move on and live her best life. According to her comments, fans only think the post is a stunt to make Stebbie jealous.

One fan wrote, “Stebbie is living his best life with sis Faith Evans.. Trust me.”

“Stevie done moved on sis, let is go with tryna piss him off apparently he’s occupied.. Just ask Mona Scott for ur job back.. smh”

In Joseline’s head, haters are going to hate.  If you check Tory Lanez Instagram, there are no posts at all, but we’ll continue to see if this is the seed to a lasting relationship.

Canadian rapper Tory Lanez and former reality TV star Joseline Hernandez have social media’s full attention. The “Love & Hip Hop” alumni went to Instagram this weekend with a coupled up pic.

On Sunday, Hernandez made fans’ jaws drop with a topless shot of herself and Tory.

Last month, Tory pulled through and appeared on-stage with one-time ex-rap rival Drake during a New York concert.

At last year’s 8th annual OVO Fest, Drake and Tory united in Toronto.

“I wanna say something. Look, I want every young person in this building to look at what’s happening – I want you to understand something. You see this guy right here? We had problems with each other, we had never even met each other, I met the man and he’s a great guy!”

Months prior, Troy confirmed ending a nasty feud with the 6 God.

“It’s about music at this point. It was a couple other things around it [other than a phone call] but it’s between me and him. I think for it to him the way it happened, it was meant to happen that way. For whatever the reasons around it were, it’s between me and him. I’m good.” (Hot 97)
