ICYMI: Rumored Drop of Cactus Jack x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 Highs July 29

rumored fragment Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Release Date 1

Travis Scott and fashion are seemingly hand-and-hand now. If the ASTROWORLD rapper isn’t making hits, he’s making fits.

Fresh from his Pop Smoke-inspired Dior collaboration, it’s alleged that the Houston rap fashionista is dropping a new version of his Cactus Jack 1s.

According to the respectable shoe platform Sneaker Newsit’s rumored that the high-top Fragment Travis Scott Air Jordan 1’s will drop on July 29.

The Fragment 1’s, which is a combination of the Japanese musician Hiroshi Fujiwara and La Flame’s respective designs on the ubiquitous silhouette, is the sequel to his May 2019 drop.

Last week, images of the shoe surfaced on the web. The shoe features a premium tumbled leather upper in white but is paired with Fragment’s signature blue accents and the large reverse Swoosh on the sides pulled from Scott’s pair. Adding to the design is the duo’s logos stamped on the heel while a sail midsole and a blue outsole sit underneath.

Sneaker News said, “This triumvirate of designer, entertainer, and brand will go down as one of the year’s best releases, and with a rumored release date of July 29th, this drop will stand as one of the most important of the year and of Travis Scott’s ever-growing catalog of Nike/Jordan collabs.”

Cactus Jack’s merchandise has been a hot commodity and the hypebeast and sneaker resellers will make it difficult to cops these drops. However based on past performance and a loaded product page on Scott’s online shop, there’s speculation that an early raffle for the shoes could happen.

This has been the protocol for nearly all of his footwear collaborations.

Although there is technically no “official” release date for the Cactus Jack Fragment 1’s, the rumored released date of July 29, looks promising.
