HBO Unveils Trailer For Ralph Lauren Documentary ‘Very Ralph’ [Video]

We are about to get a closer look into the story of one of America’s greatest designers. HBO has released a sneak peak for the upcoming Ralph Lauren film.

Lo Lifes and RL enthusiasts alike are now counting down to November as the official release date to Very Ralph; the first ever documentary on the fashion on icon, has been announced. According to Home Box Office’s website the project is directed and produced by award-winning documentarian Susan Lacy (HBO’s “Jane Fonda in Five Acts,” “Spielberg”).

Featured in the one minute clip is Tyson Beckford, Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, Martha Stuart and his wife Ricki Lauren. Also included is some vintage of Ralph during the brand’s early stages and some behind the scenes visuals of his current team prepping for the Ralph Lauren 50th anniversary show from 2018.

Very Ralph will debut on HBO on November, 12. You can watch the trailer below.

Travis Scott Netflix Documentary Officially On The Way, Watch Trailer

Travis Scott’s story is about to be told on the big little screen. It looks like he has a project slotted with the world’s most popular subscription-based media service.

As spotted on Complex, the Houston, Texas native hinted that he has a full-length visual on the way. Earlier today he took to his Instagram account to tease the release. “GOT SOMETHING U MIGHT WANNA SEE IT. . !!!MEET ME HERE NETFLIX AND NO. CHILL 11200 Northwest Freeway, Suite 300 Houston, TX 77092” he wrote. The post was a photo of some VHS tapes fully outfitted with the artwork sleeves.

Shortly after the announcement, a crew started outfitting the Movie Exchange location with posters of Look Mom I Can Fly. Fans arrived within minutes.

Upon further investigation of the VHS promotional piece all signs point to the film documenting the making of Cactus Jack’s Astroworld album. The copy reads “JOIN TRAVIS SCOTT AND THE RAGERS ON A ROLLERCOASTER RIDE TO ASTROWORLD. TAPE INCLUDES NEVER BEFORE SEEN FOOTAGE INCLUDING THE MAKING OF “ASTROWORLD” THE ALBUM – EARLY FATHERHOOD – THE FOUNDING OF CATCUS JACK THE LABEL – EXCLUSIVE TOUR FOOTAGE & MUCH MORE.”

Look Mom I Can Fly will premiere on Netflix August 28. The doc is described as “a front row seat of Scott’s life in the months surrounding the release of his Grammy-nominated album Astroworld” is a directed by White Trash Taylor.

Nick Cannon Is Moving Forward With The Dr. Sebi Documentary

Another one of Nipsey Hussle’s dreams is set to come true. Nick Cannon is seeing to it that his film idea will still enlighten the masses.


HipHopDX is reporting contrary to online rumors that the Ncredible mogul is still moving forward with producing the Dr. Sebi documentary. Originally the brainchild of the fallen rapper, the film was set to chronicle his life and how we won a Supreme Court case proving he could cure AIDS. Nick took to his official Instagram to deny the speculation that production has come to a stop.

His post featured a collage of the acclaimed natural healer and Cannon with the heading “NICK CANNON CANCELD DR. SEBI MOVIE AFTER RECEIVING DEATH THREATS FEARING HE END UP LIKE NIPSEY HUSSLE”. In classic Nick style his personal caption let the masses know he finds humor in almost everything but is still very serious about getting the project done. “Oh “They” wish this was the truth!! Who made this dumb shit?! LOL #Fearless” he wrote.

Shortly after the passing of Nipsey Hussle the former “Gigolo” announced that he would take on the feature and make sure it is released. On April 15 Sebi’s remaining family members posted a picture with Cannon on Instagram stating “Just wrapped up an amazing meeting with some amazing minds. Working to create the best experience for all of you awaiting this documentary!”

While a release date has yet to be set the work will most likely be ready closer to 2021.
