Nicki Minaj is denying threatening a social media commentator’s life over claims she made about the mega star. On Wednesday, The Neighborhood Talk posted an Instagram picture referencing the defamation lawsuit Nicki Minaj filed against Marley Green.
Green responded saying “Nicki doxxed me and is sending people to threaten my life. Maybe get the full story @neighborhoodtalk before posting?”
Minaj responded by saying it was another false allegation about her and she would be suing her for more money now. Minaj initially filed a defamation lawsuit after Green called her a “cokehead” and made disgusting comments about her child and being a rapist.
Onika is suing for at least $75,000 in damages. Do you think she’s right in defending her name with a lawsuit?
Nicki Minaj and her legal team aren’t not letting any slander slide from blogger accounts making preposterous accusations about her, and now she’s filed a lawsuit.
According to legal documents, Nicki Minaj, 39, filed a Manhattan federal court lawsuit on Tuesday, September 14, against internet commentator @NoseyHeauxLive alleging that she slandered her name.
Minaj says the blogger named Marley Green posted a video talking about her, calling her a “coke head” and making “vile” comments about her one-year-old son.
The Rap star’s attorney, Judd Burstein, calls the commentator “the ultimate ‘nobody’ without any accomplishments to her name” in court papers. However Burstein claims the lawsuit is merited stating: “But this is the age of social media, one in which a ‘nobody’ can find an undeserved following through relentless self-promotion.”
The alleged comment, appeared in a September 12 video posted to Twitter. Minaj is suing Green for defamation saying she’s never used cocaine and wants a jury to decide damages of no less than $75,000.
YouTube blogger Tasha K is speaking out after losing in court to Cardi B. On Wednesday, Tasha posted a video on her YouTube channel where she called the ruling “extremely prejudicial” and blasted “the machine” for bullying her.
Tasha, who’s real name is Latasha Kebe, did not explain who or what “the machine” is that she was referring to, however, she claimed that this “machine” threatened her life as well.
“These last four years fighting this conspiracy case, have been extremely challenging … The verdict handed down on Monday was no shock to myself, my husband or my legal team.”
“We called bluff against a machine that wanted to bully me for not wavering from my personal beliefs,” Kebe added.
“A machine that has corporate interests to protect prostitution, drug use, promiscuity and to glorify the violence that wreaks havoc in our society and in our neighborhood.”
Towards the end of her video, Kebe said she will continue to fight for the truth and take it to the Supreme Court, if necessary, to get justice.
“We will fight, no matter the cost or length, even if this takes years,” the blogger declared. Adding, “all the way up to the Supreme Court if need be.”
The video comes after Tasha was found guilty of two counts of slander plus one count each of libel and invasion of privacy in Cardi’s lawsuit against her.
According to court documents, the YouTuber claimed the Bronx native has herpes, used a beer bottle as a sex toy when she was a stripper, worked as a prostitute and abused cocaine.
During her court testimony, Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, says she felt “suicidal” at times following the alleged claims made by Tasha.
The gossip blogger was ordered to pay Cardi B $1.25 million in punitive damages, also an additional $500,000 and reimbursement of the “WAP” emcee’s legal fees, that added up to a whopping $1,338,753.47. Add that in with the $1.25 million, and the staggering total comes out to more than $3 million.

After a request last week from Judge William M. Ray II to share her STD test results in the defamation case against vlogger Latasha “Tasha K” Kebe, famed rapper/reality star Cardi B contends that she’s shared her herpes and HPV tests months ago, which will allegedly prove that Tasha K was spreading false rumors, therefore, solidifying her defamation case.
Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, said in the comments on an IG post from NeighborhoodTalk, “The test results been already turned in for 3 month’s already however her lawyers requested for all of my medical records which got denied by the judge! Only herpes and hpv will be for the trial as judge requested!”
Cardi continued in the comments, saying, “And for the people who lack comprehension reason why I sued in the first place is because I wanted to publicly prove that these deceases and claims this woman made about me are false and I’m willing to do anything and everything to prove it. THANKS.”
