“FNF” is running through the streets and now GloRilla is CMG. Yo Gotti announced the signing of the most-sought after rapper on the planet right now.

GloRilla has dominated the music scene since releasing “FNF” in late April. The song inspired the trending #FNFChallenge on TikTok, and the music video has amassed over 22 million views (and growing) since its debut. By bringing the fiery artist to his prestigious CMG record company in collaboration with Interscope Records, Gotti is bolstering the roster’s already potent talent and displaying the label’s diversity.

“GloRilla is a natural born star – she has a different sound and approach that’s needed in hip-hop right now,” Gotti said. “It’s one of the quickest rises that I’ve seen in my career because she only dropped in late-April and now she has the hottest cultural records in music. Glo is hungry for success and determined to win. We look forward to watching her grow as an artist and reach her full potential.”

GloRilla has recently received a lot of support from the hip-hop scene, with co-signs from people like Cardi B, Saweetie, Latto, and others. By collaborating explosively on “Crunk Ain’t Dead” with Duke Deuce, she has managed to keep up her momentum.

“I’ve put in years of hard work to get this point and I’m blessed to sign with the hottest label in music with CMG,” GloRilla said. “I manifested this moment and trusted my talent even when others didn’t. I’m grateful for Gotti for believing in me and I’m not gonna let up. Trust that I have more new heat on the way.”

GloRilla now joins a roster that includes Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, EST Gee, Mozzy, Blac Youngsta, Blocboy JB, Lil Poppa, Big Boogie, Lehla Samia, and 10Percent.

Yo Gotti called for the CMG Records 2022 press conference to occur on Thursday. Joined by BlocBoy JB, 42 Dugg, EST Gee, and Moneybagg Yo, Gotti was ready to unveil a new member of the roster, and that man was Mozzy.

“I always wanted to work with an artist from the West Coast,” Gotti said. “After years of having big conversations, running into each other, and sharing ideas, we come here tonight to let you know we’re proud for a partnership to bring our dawg Mozzy into CMG.”

In addition to Mozzy joining the roster, 42Dugg and EST Gee announced a new joint mixtape, which will arrive on Feb. 18.

Last week, Gotti released his final album CM10: Free Game.

ICYMI: Yo Gotti Announces Contest Giving Rappers the Opportunity To Appear on His New Album & Potentially Get Record Deal With CMG Records

Yo Gotti Announces Contest Giving Rappers the Opportunity To Appear on His New Album & Potentially Get Record Deal With CMG Records

Yo Gotti has announced the commencement of his “Change A Rapper’s Life” contest, in which he will give one lucky young rapper the chance to participate in his upcoming album, CM10: Free Game, and maybe land a record deal with his CMG label.

In the Instagram video, Gotti played the instrumental from one of his album cuts, “Dolla Fo Dolla,” and encouraged wannabe rappers to perform their hardest verse to the beat for a chance to participate in his new project and have a life-changing opportunity in the music industry.

To take part, fans must share a video of their verse to Instagram, tag @YoGotti and @CMGTheLabel, and use the hashtags #CM10 and #DollaFoDolla in the caption. Gotti teased his final album, CM10: Free Game, earlier this week, and confirmed that it will be released on February 4th. It will be a double-disc record featuring “Free” on one side and “Game” on the other.

Beyond his solo work, Gotti founded CMG Records, the hottest artist-run record label in hip-hop, and has helped launch the careers of some of the label’s most popular artists, including Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, EST Gee, and others. As the chairman of CMG, the Memphis businessman works closely with each artist, overseeing the strategy and execution of their separate music releases and spearheading decision-making on everything from radio promotion to marketing campaigns.
