Beyoncé’s BLACK IS KING is now available on Disney + and for those needing more Queen Bey, her new video for “ALREADY” featuring Shatta Wale and Major Lazer is now available.

“ALREADY” was featured on The Lion King: The Gift, the soundtrack for the live-action edition of The Lion King.

Along with the video and the complete film, Beyoncé has dropped the deluxe edition of The Gift, which brings in “BLACK PARADE” and a remix “Find Your Way Back” from Melo-x.

Beyoncé’s 'Black is King' Visual Album Coming to Disney Plus Next Month

Beyonce is bringing her talents to Disney Plus.

Disney announced Queen Bey is set to release a visual album, Black is King, inspired by The Lion King, which is scheduled to arrive on Disney plus in July. The album is written, directed, and executive produced from the “Black Parade” singer herself.

In a statement made by Disney and Parkwood, “’Black is King’ is a celebratory memoir for the world on the black experience” The statement continued saying, “The film is a story for the ages that informs and rebuilds the present. A reunion of cultures and shared generational beliefs. A story of how the people left most broken have an extraordinary gift and a purposeful future.”

According to both production companies, the album “pays tribute to the voyages of Black families throughout time. The visual album tells the story of a young kid’s transcendent journey through betrayal, love and self-identity.” His ancestors help guide him toward his destiny, and with his father’s teachings and guidance from his childhood love, he earns the virtues needed to reclaim his home and throne.

The statement continued, “These timeless lessons are revealed and reflected through Black voices of today, now sitting in their own power.” Black is King is an affirmation of a grand purpose, with lush visuals that celebrate Black resilience and culture. The film highlights the beauty of tradition and Black excellence.

Black is King is based on the musical soundtrack of the movie The Lion King: The Gift. The album served as the soundtrack for the film and featured artists such as Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter, Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell, 070 Shake, Tierra Whack & Jessie Reyez. As well as African artists including Wizkid, Shatta Wale, Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Busiswa, and Salatiel.
