Nine Trey Gangster Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack Sentenced To 17 Years After Tekashi Testimony

Disgraced Brooklyn rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine continues to bring down his former squad, with the Nine Trey’s second in command being sentenced to 17 years in federal prison yesterday.

Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, helped the feds land gun and drug charges against Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack after the 2018 federal take down of the Nine Trey Gangster Blood gang, which is based in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, NY.

Mack held the “High 020” position, which is the second in command of the gang.

“You had a particular impact on the gang’s narcotics operations,” said Judge Paul Englemeyer during the sentencing. Federal prosecutors also requested that Mack, 34, serve his time on the West Coast, claiming “that a designation away from the seat of the power of New York Bloods will minimize the damage he can cause.”

For his ongoing cooperation, Hernandez received a mere two year federal prison sentence, of which will be fulfilled before the end of 2020.

BREAKING: Tekashi 6ix9ine Sentenced To Two Years In Prison

“Gummo” rapper Tekashi 6ix 9ine received leniency in his sentencing today (December 18) for his cooperation with federal authorities, getting him a mere two years for flipping on his former Nine Trey Blood gang.

After pleading guilty guilty to nine gang, drug and gun charges back in February, Tekashi faced a minimum of 37 years in federal prison, however, Manhattan Federal Judge Paul Engelmayer chose to sentence 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, severely below those sentencing guidelines.

Engelmayer rewarded him for his cooperation against the Nine Trey, who gave the Mexican rapper from Bushwick street cred in Bed Stuy with his Blood gang ties, but Hernandez began cooperating with the feds almost immediately following the November 2018 bust of the Brooklyn-based Nine Trey gang.

Prosecutors say that Tekashi’s testimony was pivotal in the guilty verdicts of Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, whose racketeering and kidnapping trials landed both Nine Trey members in prison for a total of over 160 years. Tekashi’s testimony caused other members to take pleas, landing a total of eleven convictions for the government.

Tekashi is set to begin his sentence immediately in federal custody.
