Kanye West’s ‘Nah Nah Nah’ Collaboration Featuring DaBaby, 2 Chainz Scrubbed From Streaming Services

Kanye West's 'Nah Nah Nah' Collaboration Featuring DaBaby, 2 Chainz Scrubbed From Streaming Services

Kanye West debuted “Nah Nah Nah” featuring DaBaby and 2 Chainz back in October 2020, followed by a remix in November of that year.

As fans eagerly wait for the release of DONDA, they noticed that Ye’s latest musical effort no longer appears on streaming services.

It’s unclear if the removal of the song is correlated with the homophobic controversy DaBaby is entangled in. But it’s worth noting that the version without the Charlotte rapper was also scrubbed.

DONDA was originally scheduled for a July 23rd release date and then was pushed back to August 6th. The album didn’t see the light of day even after two monumental listening events at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

The tentative release date is August 13th and August 15th as per the iTunes Store and Apple Music, respectively.

Even Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is sitting at the edge of his seat for this collection and offered a suggestion that might please both parties. And…this is unlikely and maybe against the creative process…but it would be incredible if [Kanye West] put out Donda as it is now and continued to update it until he feels it’s ‘finished,’” Dorsey tweeted. “So we can all witness the work evolve in real time.”

Kanye West fans are definitely triggered by this moment which is reminiscent to his The Life of Pablo release in 2016.

Is 2 Chainz a Last-minute Feature on Kanye West’s “DONDA”

2 chainz donda

2 Chainz stepped into the mobile studio backstage at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

As we all know, Kanye West is the king of last minute additions and changes. During his Wyoming sessions back in 2018, he was said to have put last minute touches the projects minutes before their release. When he dropped TLOP in 2016, he altered ad-libs on a few songs after the album’s release.

After everyone but Ye has spoken about his album, he is set to premiere it at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Thursday. Last Sunday, he held a listening event in Las Vegas.

DONDA, named after West’s late mother, will reportedly feature Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Baby Keem, Post Malone, Griselda and more.

It looks like Yeezy is teaming up with another frequent collaborator and friends, 2 Chainz. The Grammy-Award winning rapper took to socials early Thursday, teasing his alleged appearance on DONDA.

“Soon as we landed from Greece we pulled up on…..IYKYK,” tweeted Chainz.

2 Chainz also announced recently that he is hanging up his Trap music Jersey for good. Whether this is true or not, Tity Boi has given fans some trap classics.

Maybe he’ll bring that same feel with his appearance on DONDA. Kanye West’s DONDA premiere can also be streamed on Apple Music at 8 pm ET.

Screen Shot 2021 07 19 at 8.45.25 AM

As one of the forerunners of the Dirty South-powered trap music movement, 2 Chainz will be expanding his fan base after he announced via social media that his next project will be his last offering of “trap music”.

Over the weekend, the Atlanta-based superstar tweeted, “This gone be my last trap album, enjoy.”

Chainz announced earlier this year that he was prepping to drop a new project, as his last project, So Help Me God, was released last November. The concept of the new album has not been revealed, but reports have stated that he and Wayne are working on the sequel to their collaboration project ColleGrove.

Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz & Tekashi69 To Headline Trillerfest Pay-Per-View Concert

Day one of Lovebox 2019

Source: WENN.com / WENN

Festival season will soon be upon us and one brand is already off to a strong start. Lil Wayne has been slotted to headline the upcoming Trillerfest.

As spotted on AllHipHop.com, the American video-sharing social networking service has announced the final line-up for their upcoming concert. The New Orleans MC will also be joined by the likes of 2 Chainz, Tyga, Cris Cab and Kid Lee.

While Covid-19 restrictions continue to be dropped throughout the country the event organizers are being super thoughtful with the event logistics. Attendees will only be allowed to pull up in their vehicles to ensure the patrons are socially distanced but have enough space to enjoy the vibes.

Also on the bill is Tekashi69. The troll turned government informant will gracing the stage. He took to social media to gloat about his first big festival appearance since selling out his former friends in court. “THEY SAID HE CANT DO NO SHOWS IN AMERICA THIS SATURDAY MIAMI MIAMI MARINE STADIUM 🎥 THE BEST PERFORMANCE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN ‼ SEE YOU THERE,” he wrote.

The festivities will be held on Saturday, May 1 to Sunday, May 2 at the Miami Marine Stadium parking lot and will be hosted by influencer and alleged culture vulture YESJULZ.

For those that are not able to attend the performances, the show will also be live-streamed on Fite TV. Additionally, fans who purchase the stream will be granted unlimited replays for 48 hours.

You can see the official promotional trailer below and purchase the stream here.
