Shareef O’Neal Shares Message From Kobe Bryant Hours Before Helicopter Crash

There are tons of people outside of Kobe Bryant’s immediate family that was affected by his tragic death.

Shaquille O’Neal shared numerous heartfelt tributes on social media. It was heartbreaking to learn that Kobe reached out to Shaq’s son, Shareef, just hours before he lost his life.

“You good fam?” message, Shareef replied, “Yeah! Just getting this work in trying to figure out my next move.” He added, “How you been?” But unfortunately, it might have been too late by the time Shareef responded.

“This first picture were messages from THIS MORNING!!! .. I wish I didn’t sleep in so I could’ve talked to you .. I can’t even think straight right now.. I’m glad we got to bond over the years .. not only were you a great uncle you were a coach and a mentor to me too .. I love you man..thank you for everything you’ve done .. for this city , for the basketball world , and for me … I won’t let you down .. you always counted on me and lifted me up. Love you unc,” the caption read.

RIP Kobe Bryant.
