Bad Apples Music founder, Adam Briggs, is throwing his support behind his childhood football club with a sponsorship deal to support junior and netball football.

“The Rumbalara Football Netball Club encompasses so much more than a football netball club; it is so much bigger than sport,” Briggs said.

“To support the juniors, is a reflection of Bad Apples Music and my commitment to the young people of my community, I grew up at the club, I know what the club means to kids and to the community. The juniors are the backbone of the club. They are the future – the literal future.”

Adam Briggs is a Yorta-Yorta man who grew up in Shepparton. He’s a multi-disciplinary artist as a rapper, record label owner, comedy writer and actor from Shepparton.

Briggs established his own record label in 2015; Bad Apples Music, to genuinely nurture, develop and provide structure and opportunity for emerging and established Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists. His most recent success includes being part of the Indigenous talent line-up nominated for awards at the 2017 Logies for his roles in Cleverman and Black Comedy, only shortly after winning the Australian Music Prize as one half of the newly formed duo A.B.Original.
