The Miami Heat will wear their “Vice Nights” City Edition uniform for select games throughout the season.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. might be undefeated in the ring, but he can’t seem to beat retirement. The 42-year-old pugilist has announced his return to the ring but his next opponent, a Japanese kickboxer has Twitter confused.
Does Floyd need the money? Or is he just bored? That’s what everyone is wondering when “the best ever” announced out of nowhere earlier today that on New Year’s Eve his next opponent will be a 20-year-old and also undefeated kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan. Floyd hasn’t been inside of a ring since he easily dispatched UFC bad boy Conor McGregor last year.
Floyd has been flirting with unretiring hinting at either a rematch with Manny Pacquiao or a match with UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Being the great salesman that he is, Mayweather said this about his about his decision to step in a Rizin ring during this morning’s press conference:
“It wasn’t easy to make this happen. But we told the people anything is possible, so now we’re here, and we want to make sure that we give the people in Tokyo what they want to see: blood, sweat, and tears.”
Mayweather’s upcoming opponent Nasukawa is a complete unknown to the western sports world but based on his record should not be taken likely at all. The boxer who makes a living out of embarrassing his opponents in the ring might have finally met his match if he has to abide by either kickboxing or MMA rules so this fight may definitely take a lot more of hard work and dedication.
Twitter, of course, is just as confused as to why Floyd is even going this route and has some folks hilarious hinting at who Floyd’s next opponent will be after this fight. You can see the reactions to Floyd’s decision in the gallery below.
Sean “Diddy” Combs just turned the Big 49, and he’s partying hard as expected as he approaches the fifty piece milestone. After an epic weekend of skydiving and a club party, Diddy invited guests to his Los Angeles home for more wild times but the cops put a stop the fun in the wee hours of Monday morning.
Check out the vid … Kodak tries to pull a fast one and sneak a drink out of the club, but he gets caught red-handed.
Seems the after-party spilled over to Diddy’s and, as you can image, it was the place to be … we’re told there were about 50 cars parked outside his home, and about 200 people inside in full party mode.
Things went pretty smoothly once cops showed up … police told security to shut it down or they would have to enter and disperse the crowd, and the guards obliged.
We thought he told you that he won’t stop.
Happy Birthday, Diddy!
When Iggy Azalea announced her newly gained independence an unlikely suitor in the porn company Bang Bros came knocking on her Twitter timeline. As expected the “Fancy” rapper was not feeling the boom boom flicks provider attempt at humor or the fans/trolls hoping she would sign the contract.
Calm down thirst buckets, Azalea will not be doing any kind of work with Bang Bros, and she found it quite insulting, to say the least. In a now deleted post (there is always a screenshot), Azalea responded to trolls wanting her to take the million dollar deal calling out men urging them to”treat women better,” “learn consent,” “learn respect.”
She has even gone as far as to block the porn production company as well as engage in a back and forth with a professional troll who makes music as a hobby as Azealia Banks. Clearly, Iggy had time after Banks jumped on the opportunity to chime in on Azalea’s announcement. Definitely not the attention the “Kream” rapper was looking for when she excitedly announced her freedom.

Yesterday (Nov. 5), Kanye West randomly tweeted about his love for McDonald’s. Seriously, early Sunday morning the man tweeted that the fast food joint is his favorite restaurant.
About an hour later, Yung Renzel stepped into to offer Yeezy some of his own sage advice.
“Ye,know you going thru alot, but these #lemonpepper wings from #wingstop GONE GET CHU RITE,” tweeted the Bawse.
We’ve had those lemon pepper wings from Wingstop and they are fire, though. Just saying.
Considering Rick Ross recently settled up a $4M tax bill, the Wingstop franchise owner may know what he’s talking about.

Over the Hitmaka production, Tyga’s ex puts her rap skills to the test. The 30-year-old mother-of-two, who credits Jennifer Lopez, JAY-Z, Drake, and Lil Wayne as influences, wants to show her versatility through her music. “I don’t really want to put myself in a box,” she told XXL last year. “I just want my stuff to speak for itself. I just want people to not think that I’m just gonna go this one direction. I just want to blow they socks off.”
