After the brutal killing of Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke February 19, an outpour from the Hip-Hop community came to stop the senseless violence by several artists, especially those who got to know the “Dior” emcee up close and personal before his untimely demise.

One of those artists who knew the 20-year-old rising star personally is Meek Mill, who echoed the sentiment of most of the Hip Hop world; the killing has got to stop.

Even the vets who are really about that life have even brought some of the “destructive creativity” to a halt, with Pusha T and Jadakiss putting the brakes on their Hunting Season project in light of the death of Pop Smoke.
