The wait is almost over for Lil Uzi Vert fans.
During his “Lil Uzi Vert & Friends” concert in his hometown of Philadelphia on Saturday (Dec. 8), the rapper announced (via HipHop-N-More) that his long-awaited album Eternal Atake is finished and pending release.
“I know y’all wondering when I’ma drop my album. I’m finally done with that joint,” Uzi said to loud cheers from the crowd. He continued by saying, “I’ma drop that joint,” but stopped short of revealing a release date.

Much to the crowd’s delight, he then performed a brand new song from the project. It’s unclear if he plans to release it this year or next. In September, he debuted the single “New Patek.”
When it does arrive, Eternal Atake will follow Uzi’s 2017 debut Luv Is Rage 2, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and spawned the 6x platinum hit “XO TOUR Llif3.”
Saturday’s “Lil Uzi Vert & Friends” concert also featured performances from Meek Mill, Young Thug, Chief Keef, A$AP Ferg, Lil Durk, and more.
