Jay-Z Addresses Controversy Over “What’s Free” Kanye Lyrics On Twitter

If you thought Hov was going for Yeezy’s neck on Meek Mill’s “What’s Free” single featuring Jay and Rick Ross, then you were erroneously mistaken.

Meek’s latest critically acclaimed project Championships boasts some top shottas on its line up, including a socio-political Jay-Z, who dropped some hidden jewels over a rendition of B.I.G.’s “What’s Beef?” for those who assumed that the Roc Nation head honcho was coming for his crony Kanye West.

Jigga made it quite clear that he’s not going to war with none of his brothers, regardless of political affiliation, which is a message that should be internalized by the entire Hip Hop community.
