According to a report from TMZ, the Housing Authority in Pompano Beach, Florida has sent a cease and desist letter to Kodak Black over his charitable gift to his former neighborhood, gifting at least 100 underprivileged and elderly residents of the housing project he hails from with airconditioners.

The housing authority claimed that Black’s action caused a disruption and even said that he disturbance by having unauthorized video shoots at his old projects.

The letter from the housing authority read, “Your actions have adversely impacted the Property’s residents’ right to peacefully enjoy the property.”

Bradford Choen, Kodak Black’s attorney, shamed the housing authority for trying “to stop the assistance to the elderly and underprivileged during a heatwave and two-year pandemic.”
