I’m going to start detailing my daily workouts so those of you who are not in the gym with me can get it in like I have especially now that I’m starting to see MAJOR results !!!!Today’s workout: Back, shoulders and biceps…. Cables rows – 4 sets 15 reps Rope hammer curls – 4 sets 15 reps….. Side lateral raises – 4 sets 15 reps…. bent dumbbell rows – 4 sets 15 reps… Lag pull downs – 4 sets 15 reps Dumbbell shoulder press – 4 sets 15 reps… Forward lateral raises – 4 sets 15 reps… Rear delt cable rows – 4 sets 15 reps… Hammer curls – 4 sets 15 reps… Finished with abdominals – 10 lb medicine ball crunches – 30 reps !!!
