The WRLD On Drugs project has finally arrived.
Earlier in the week, we reported that Future and Juice WRLD teamed up to give fans a joint project. Both artists have released solo projects this year, prior to this combined effort. Juice dropped of his debut, Goodbye & Good Riddance back in May. The album’s lead single, “Lucid Dreams” has peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. On the other hand, Future released Beast Mode 2 in July, produced entirely by ATL’s, Zaytoven.
The announcement came on Tuesday from both Pluto and Juice, after the release of the project’s single, “Fine China.”
“Me & @JuiceWorlddd in the studio rite now… we just did enough heat to drop a tape this week,” said Future on Tuesday. Future stayed true to his word because the project was released at midnight. Future & Juice WRLD Present… WRLD On Drugs is a 16 track album, with features from Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Young Thug and more. A big majority of the production is by “Yes Indeed” producer, Wheezy. With songs like “Oxy” and the album’s title track, expect a number of drug-related references from the 16 track joint project.
WRLD On Drugs is now available on Apple Music, Tidal and Spotify.
